I would prefer to call this blog as Transdisciplinary HR.
Well, we are not there yet…
In my opinion, we still need to surpass the disciplinary barrier.
So here is the deal: how we might practice HR using an interdisciplinary approach? How does look like to have HR people able to discuss issues using several and different lenses or approaches? How might we connect Systems Thinking, Design and other ways of thinking and doing to the HR practices?
